Shipping Policy

Our online shop offers FedEx shipping services during checkout, and you may select the method of your choice.  
We are also happy to arrange shipping via US Postal Service or any other carrier requested, which can be arranged over the phone or by e-mail.  
Shipping costs are determined by the weight of the package, the delivery address, and the shipping service method.
All orders are processed Monday through Friday, and most orders will be shipped within 1 business day of receipt of payment. is not responsible for weather related delays.
International shipping:  Taxes and duties may be imposed by the country of entry.  Customer is responsible for all taxes and duties outside of the United States.


All sales are final, as returns are not accepted after goods have been cut. We recommend requesting a swatch before purchasing goods from our online store!

From time to time, defects in fabrics may be found. In these cases, please contact us within 10 days of receipt of goods, and email us at with photographic proof of the damage. If it is agreed that the fabric is defective, will pay for the domestic return shipping charge. However, the original shipping charge is non-refundable.

We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit. However, we will work with the carrier to correct the problem as best as possible.
