Q: Do you carry more fabrics/variety than what is sold online?A: YES! In fact, what we sell online only makes up a tiny fraction of what we sell in our physical fabric house.
Q: What are your hours of operation?A: Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm EST, excluding major holidays. Visitors are welcome to our warehouse by appointment only between the hours of 10:00 am - 4:00 pm.
Q: What if an item I have ordered is out of stock?A: The first thing we do is to check if our mills are still running the item. However, since many of the fabrics we carry are limited-quantity, we are often unable to restock or reorder it. Please note that although we do our best to ensure that all information provided is as accurate as possible, the products listed here on our website do sometimes sell out in-house before we are able to update our inventory systems. In the event that a purchase is made for a product that is already sold out, we guarantee a full refund.
Q: How do I know the size/color of an item?A: Although we do provide a description for each of our products, we strongly encourage you to request swatches in order to have the best sense of the color, texture, and fabrication. Note: Our swatch sizes are approximately 3 inches x 6 inches, but can vary in size as they are cut in-house by hand.
Q: Is there a required minimum order size?
A: Yes, the minimum order size is 1 yard per fabric.
Q: Can I order partial increments, like 1/4 yard, 1/2 yard, 3/4 yard?
A: Yes, you can! However, our site isn't able to process partial increments at this time (due to technical reasons). Therefore, if you would like to add partial increments to your order, when you are adding items to your cart, simply round up your desired quantity of whichever fabric it is. Then, in the “Additional Comments” section of your shopping cart, leave a note of the actual yardage you want for that fabric. When we process the order you will only be charged for the yardage you requested and a receipt will be included in your package.
