From time to time, defects in fabrics may be found. In these cases, please contact us within 10 days of receipt of goods, and email us at email@example.com. with photographic proof of the damage. If it is agreed that the fabric is defective, fabrics-fabrics.com will pay for the domestic return shipping charge. However, the original shipping charge is non-refundable.
We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit. However, we will work with the carrier to correct the problem as best as possible.
