All sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges once fabrics are cut and shipped because the majority of our fabrics are limited-quantity and custom cut based on order specifications.

For the above reason, we strongly recommend ordering a swatch before purchasing goods from our online store.

In the event that a defect is found in a fabric upon receiving your order, please contact us within 10 days of receipt of goods, and email us at info@fabrics-fabrics.com with photographic proof of the damage. If it is agreed that the fabric is defective, fabrics-fabrics.com will pay for the domestic return shipping charge. However, the original shipping charge is non-refundable. 

We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit. However, we will work with the carrier to correct the problem as best as possible.
