The fabrics on our site which are listed as sold out will likely never be back in stock again. Since all of our fabrics are post-production goods from luxury fashion brands & mills, once we sell out of a fabric, we are unable to get more. From our experience, the chances of a specific fabric coming back in stock is quite rare as well. Lastly, as we do not manufacture the fabrics we carry, we have no way of producing more.

As much as we would love to provide the exact fiber content details for every fabric, we are not always able to. When we receive goods from luxury fashion brands and mills, we often are not provided with those exact details. As such, the best we can do is an in-house burn test which gives a rough idea of the fabric composition.

Yes! We do offer bulk order wholesale pricing (note: we do not offer wholesale production). Bulk order pricing is determined by various factors including order volume, fabric quality, and total order value and is calculated on an individual basis. To inquire about discounts, please email us and provide the SKU number(s) and desired yardage for the fabrics your are interested in. One of our dedicated account managers will get back to you within 1-2 business days.

Yes. If you would like a precise weight measurement of a fabric, we are happy to provide GSM (grams per square meter) upon request. Please email us at info@fabrics-fabrics.com with the SKU number(s) you are interested in and we will get back to you within 1-2 business days.

Our in-house product specialists are here to assist you with color matching. We can check if a particular fabric from our stock would match another one of our products, or assist you in finding the best lining to match your needs. If you have a fabric which is not from us and which you would like matched, we would need a sample sent to us. In such a case, please contact us before sending any samples, and be sure to send us a sample that you will not need returned back.

In addition to the fabrics listed here on our online shop, we also have many fabrics in our warehouse that are not listed online. If you would like us to check our unlisted stock for a particular fabric that you are not finding on our site, please fill out the Personal Shopping & Swatching Service form under 'Services & Tools' on this page.

Due to the nature of our limited-quantity and fast moving fabrics, and although we do our best to ensure that all information provided is as accurate as possible, the products listed here on our website do sometimes sell out in-house before we are able to update our inventory systems. In the event that a purchase is made for a product that is already sold out, we communicate with our customers and guarantee a full refund.

Since we do not acquire fabrics directly from mills, we are not provided with care instructions. Our recommendation is to dry clean, especially with our high-end luxury fabrics like brocades, laces, silks, metallics, woolens, etc. If you know fabric well and want to experiment with various methods, please do so with swatches and proceed at your own risk, as we do not offer refunds.

All orders are processed Monday through Friday, and most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of receipt of payment.
Shipping transit times for orders within the USA ranges from 1-5 business days depending on the destination. Transit times for swatch-only orders ranges from 2-15 business days. Options for Expedited or Overnight delivery are also offered at checkout.
Shipping transit times for International orders range from 2-12 business days depending on the destination country.
Fabrics & Fabrics, Inc. is not responsible for weather related delays or shipping service delays.

Shipping within the USA is free on orders of $200 or more, as well as for swatch-only orders. For orders under $200, there is a flat-rate which is calculated at checkout.
Shipping costs to international countries are determined by the weight of the package, the delivery address, and the shipping service method. Once proceeding to our website's checkout, you will be offered the best shipping options. Please note: Duties & Taxes are not included in our shipping rates and may be imposed by the country of entry. Recipient is responsible for all taxes and duties outside the USA.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once fabrics are cut and shipped as the majority of our fabrics are limited-quantity goods and custom cut based on order specifications. For this reason, we strongly recommend ordering a swatch before purchasing yardage to ensure satisfaction.

Orders are processed Monday-Friday. Orders placed after 3:00 pm EST are subject to being processed the following business day. Orders generally ship within 1-3 business days. Please note: we do not process orders over the weekend.

Refunds are instant, but could take several days to reflect on your account depending on your bank.

In the event that a defect is found in a fabric upon receiving your order, please contact us within 10 days of receipt of goods, and email us with photographic proof of the damage. If it is agreed that the fabric is defective, Fabrics & Fabrics will pay for the domestic return shipping charge. However, the original shipping charge is non-refundable.

If you believe you have received an incorrect fabric, we first ask that you open the package and check both sides of the fabric. We often fold fabrics with the back side facing out, which might not look like what you've ordered! In the event that you did in fact receive an incorrect fabric, please contact us within 10 days of receipt of goods, and email us with photographic proof.

We do our best to ensure that all orders are fulfilled accurately, and rarely have had issues reported. However, in the event that a fabric you ordered is not in the received package, please contact us within 5 days of delivery of your package.
