In order to ensure your satisfaction, we would like you to be aware of the following:

• All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once fabrics are shipped as the majority of our fabrics are limited-quantity and cut based on custom order specifications.  For the above reason, we strongly recommend ordering a swatch before purchasing goods.
• Orders made outside the United States are subject to customs duties and taxes.  Customs will calculate the duty/tax amount and the courier will contact you directly to arrange payment and delivery.  If you would like any additional information, please contact us at info@fabrics-fabrics.com or via Whatsapp at +1.212-391.7777.
• Orders are processed Monday-Friday and generally ship within 1-3 business days.  Any order placed after 2:00pm EST may be processed the following business day.  Our warehouse is closed weekends.
• You will be charged once your order is ready to be shipped as merchandise is subject to availability limitations and inspection issues. Our team inspects the front side of every fabric before cutting yardage. If there are any issues we will contact you via email, phone, text, or WhatsApp.
