This is a very attractive and sophisticated small-scale giraffe printed silk georgette. Bearing crepe’s signature tightly-twisted yarns (woven through both its warp and weft), georgette belongs under the crepe family umbrella, and features the common properties of springy appeal, fluid drape, and infamous subtle-textured hand. Realize full blouses and skirts, gathered tops and bottoms, long evening dresses, cocktail dresses, sheer overlays, and scarves.

Why Order a Swatch?

We highly encourage ordering swatches before you purchase any fabric yardage in order to get the best sense of color, weight, drape, stretch, and fabrication.

Since most of the fabrics we carry are exclusive limited-stock goods originally produced by luxury fashion brands & mills, we often are not provided with exact fabrication details upon acquiring fabric lots. Therefore, ordering a swatch will answer many of the questions you might have.  Additionally, although we take every step possible to ensure as accurate a color representation as possible, the colors of fabrics cannot be guaranteed as monitor calibration and display settings vary from device to device.

Note: Our swatches are approximately 3 inches x 6 inches in size (excluding solid silks). Our solid silk swatches can vary in size based on our mill’s availability.
