Alençon lace with a pattern that crosses the width of the fabric in gently waving bands of flowers, ending with scalloped edges. Beautiful lace banding trumpets out on each side, creating the scalloped edge, a combination of linear and floral patterns. This fabric would work well as a skirt or dress over lay. This lace would also make a gorgeous simple canopy or window treatment. (Bridal)

Why Order a Swatch?

We highly encourage ordering swatches before you purchase any fabric yardage in order to get the best sense of color, weight, drape, stretch, and fabrication.

Since most of the fabrics we carry are exclusive limited-stock goods originally produced by luxury fashion brands & mills, we often are not provided with exact fabrication details upon acquiring fabric lots. Therefore, ordering a swatch will answer many of the questions you might have.  Additionally, although we take every step possible to ensure as accurate a color representation as possible, the colors of fabrics cannot be guaranteed as monitor calibration and display settings vary from device to device.

Note: Our swatches are approximately 3 inches x 6 inches in size (excluding solid silks). Our solid silk swatches can vary in size based on our mill’s availability.
