This gold metallic lamé is from the fashion house of J Mendel, and originally produced at an Italian mill. Unique for the mostly silk composition, this fabric has the shine and texture of a true metallic. It's thin and lightweight with lots of potential for a wrapped Grecian gown or cinched cocktail dress. Use it as an overlay, or embellish your garment with loosely draped pieces and ruffles. This fabric is sheer, therefore a lining is needed if additional structure and modesty is desired.
