This linen is made of black and white threads running perpendicular making it appear grey in color. Unique for the cool double-sided nature of the weave - the black threads are more prominent on the right side of the fabric making it look more textural. Rustic yet expensive vibe, this linen is ideal for flowy, warm weather resort-wear. The fabric is ever-so-slightly sheer (with lighting), therefore a lining is not needed unless additional structure and modesty is desired.

Why Order a Swatch?

We highly encourage ordering swatches before you purchase any fabric yardage in order to get the best sense of color, weight, drape, stretch, and fabrication.

Since most of the fabrics we carry are exclusive limited-stock goods originally produced by luxury fashion brands & mills, we often are not provided with exact fabrication details upon acquiring fabric lots. Therefore, ordering a swatch will answer many of the questions you might have.  Additionally, although we take every step possible to ensure as accurate a color representation as possible, the colors of fabrics cannot be guaranteed as monitor calibration and display settings vary from device to device.

Note: Our swatches are approximately 3 inches x 6 inches in size (excluding solid silks). Our solid silk swatches can vary in size based on our mill’s availability.
