The 36” tall border floral motif is situated to one side of this flocked netting, and is balanced by the petite flower and scroll work design to the opposite side. Delicate dots unite the floral designs in the fabric. The mint green netting background fabric is complimented by a pretty pale green flocked velvet floral pattern. Suitable for formalwear, tops, soft jackets, dresses, and skirts.
