Long Fringed Faux Fur - Magenta

I was commissioned to build a Telly Monster Puppet replica from the man who performs him on sesame street. When looking for fur I stumbled upon Fabrics and Fabrics. Their Long Fringed Magenta Faux Fur was the perfect color for telly. I wanted to treat the fur, treating the fur is when you boil it and it gets scraggly but when I tested a bit it started balding so I opted out for treating. Usually most furs don't bald when treated. Everything else about this fur was great. It also took paint very well. The actual telly has purple paint on the tips of the fur. The paint stuck to the fur and worked well. Everything about the fur was amazing besides me being unable to treat it.
